Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Sole Mio Beach Club, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms under which bookings can be canceled or refunded.
1. Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking date are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows (without notice) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please do it from the booking platform dashboard.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations
In the event of adverse weather conditions or unexpected beach closures, we will offer guests the choice of:
- Rescheduling the booking to another available date
- Receiving a full refund
4. Event Bookings
Custom events or group reservations (e.g., birthday parties or corporate events) may be subject to separate cancellation terms, depending on the package and notice period. These terms will be communicated during the booking process.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- No-shows(Without notice)
- Change of mind after booking (Less than 24 hours)
- Misuse of facilities or failure to comply with beach rules
