Since November 2015, we’ve been celebrating our amazing guests and the vibrant Dubai beach community through our beach yoga sessions at Kite Beach. Our sessions will resume in October 2026, and we look forward to welcoming you back every Sunday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at Kite Beach (Jumeirah).
Sole Mio customers can enjoy the session free of charge, while others can join for just 60 AED—a contribution that directly supports beach cleaners removing microplastics from Kite Beach twice a week. It’s more than just yoga—it’s about community, wellness, and preserving the beauty of Dubai’s favorite beach. 🌴✨

Yoga Sundays are complimentary with a Beach Day Pass. You only pay for the pass. If you don’t want to purchase a Beach Day Pass, the class costs 60 AED. The money is donated to charities that organize beach cleanups or support other causes.
