1. Bookings & Services

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Guests must provide accurate personal information when making a reservation.
• Our services include beach passes, sunbed and cabana rentals, birthday and event packages, and on-site amenities.

 

2. Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking when made online.
• All prices are listed in AED and may be subject to change without prior notice.
• Sole Mio reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of non-payment or incorrect details.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Please review the cancellation policy before booking to avoid any confusion.

 

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other beachgoers.
• Inappropriate behavior, damage to property, or violation of safety rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

 

5. Intellectual Property

• All website content, images, logos, and branding are the property of Sole Mio Beach Club and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Sole Mio is not responsible for personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen on-site.
• We are not liable for disruptions caused by weather, natural events, or government restrictions.
• Use of our facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

 

7. Changes to Services

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, including pricing and packages, without notice.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the relevant UAE courts.
